Alexander Soroka is the Managing Partner at Network VC, a venture capital fund investing in early-stage startups across Europe and the U.S. With over 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and IT, Alexander has successfully led multiple investments, mergers, and acquisitions, driving innovation and high-impact growth. He is also the Founder and CEO of Startup Network, a global platform connecting entrepreneurs and investors, and plays a leading role in shaping the startup ecosystem through initiatives such as Unicorn Events, Menlo Park University, and VC House.

A recognized leader in the venture industry and recipient of Ukraine’s Best Top Manager award, Alexander serves on the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (UVCA). He holds executive education credentials from Harvard Business School and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Based in Silicon Valley, Alexander is passionate about supporting visionary entrepreneurs and building bridges between global venture markets.
