Iryna Lambrianides is the Founder and CEO of ClarityPoint Consulting and a strategic planning and transformation expert based in New York City. She began her career as an English professor in Ukraine and later taught education courses at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. With over 15 years of experience, she has led complex initiatives across international nonprofit, higher education, and government sectors. Iryna partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational change, enhance operational effectiveness, and enable strategic growth. She holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management Professional (CCMP). She brings a data-informed, evidence-based approach to strategic planning, performance improvement, and decision-making, integrating disciplined execution with human-centered change strategies to deliver sustainable business value. Iryna is also an active member of the Ukrainian community and supports the people of Ukraine through volunteering and fundraising initiatives.
