Jim is currently the Chief Customer Officer and partner of Customertimes Corp., a global 1500 strong professional services organization with the largest resource pool located in Ukraine. We assist global corporations improve their business operations in the area of customer management by leveraging enabling technologies. Jim has spent 35+ years in the enterprise software industry, having worked with both software and professional services companies, ranging from co-founded venture-backed start-ups to some of the largest software companies in the world. He has held management roles across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, Professional Services, and Corporate Strategy. Jim has personally helped 500+ clients across the globe leverage technology to improve customer-focused operations. Jim also sits on the board of several non-profit organizations.
