Vitaliia Yurchak, Esq., Ph.D.

Vitaliia Yurchak is an attorney originally from Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, who now successfully practices law in the United States. She earned her Master’s degrees in Law and Foreign Languages from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, where she also completed her Ph.D. in Political Science.
After moving to the U.S., Vitaliia continued her legal education at St. John’s University School of Law, focusing on American law and graduating with the school’s highest academic distinction. She went on to gain professional experience at several New York law firms, specializing in family, immigration, and administrative law.
Today, Vitaliia runs her own private legal practice, providing trusted legal support to members of the Ukrainian-American community. She is a member of the Ukrainian American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Richmond County Bar Association.
Beyond her legal work, Vitaliia is deeply engaged in community leadership. She heads the Dnipro Branch of the Ukrainian Youth Association in Bound Brook, New Jersey, where she helps inspire and guide young Ukrainians in the diaspora through the values of patriotism, national identity, and civic engagement in support of Ukraine.
