We have started a wellness initiative seeking to nurture the well-being of grieving families and offer them a path toward holistic recovery.
Forms of Work – group or individual sessions with certified Pilates instructors.
Target Audience – members of the fallen Heroes’ families.
Area – Ivano-Frankivsk city and Ivano-Frankivsk oblast.
The project will be implemented regularly and undergo periodic reboots contingent upon the renewal of funding, ensuring its continued impact.

Forms of Work – guided Nordic Walking sessions, providing participants with a low-impact, full-body workout that enhances cardiovascular health, strength, and endurance.
